Abstract
The Large Area Telescope (LAT), one of the two instruments on the Fermi Gamma-ray Space Telescope, has observed increasing gamma-ray flux from a source positionally consistent with the flat spectrum radio quasar PKS 0130-17, also known as OC -150, TXS 0130-171, 3EG J0130-1758 and 3FGL J0132.6-1655, with radio counterpart position R.A. 23.18120 deg, -16.91348 deg, (J2000.0, Fey et al.
