Abstract
We discuss a physical description of large scale structures in the universe that takes into account many relevant aspects of structure formation and evolution Dark Matter, baryonic gas, cosmic rays, magnetic fields and Black Holes. After discussing a few specific example of such multi-disciplinary study of LSS, we delineate an experimental outline aimed to link the multi-disciplinary approach with the multi-frequency study of LSS in the universe.
